I have had the pleasure of representing buyers in the local market for the past 14+ years. My goal is to provide the information and resources my clients need to make purchasing a new home a pleasant experience. My personal network includes lenders, title company, inspectors and contractors.

I am experienced with the various first time home buyer programs available. Some of these will allow a buyer to purchase a home with as little as $1000 out of pocket. Programs such as VA and Rural Housing are also available as zero down options for qualified buyers.
